Raquel doesn´t believe in diets or short terms but in creating good and healthy habits and long terms. Working on mental strength and finding the lifestyle and balance that we want to create and live.
A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly, and then becomes a pattern. Creating healthy habits helps with mental health and wellbeing.
How can Raquel help you?
OPTION 1: Nutrition feedback – $120
During a week you complete a food diary and Raquel will provide you with feedback on how to improve your nutrition.
OPTION 2: Nutrition guide – $120
Raquel sends you a food guide (not a diet) based on her experience and knowledge for you to learn, understand and improve your eating habits.
