SWIMMING SESSIONS MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS

DETAILS: Swimming technique programs every year. (for beginners or advanced swimmers). All levels.

Weekly group swimming sessions to improve your swimming skills, your fitness and build confidence, efficiency and distance.
The programs include swimming improvement, training, drills, intervals, stroke coordination, breathing improvement and many more specific and useful exercises to help you to become a better swimmer.

Swimming lessons are designed to learn and improve your swimming technique.

Raquel Holgado, experienced long distance swimmer, triathlete, marathon runner, fitness coach and running coach. Highly qualified and accredited coach in Australia and Spain.

DETAILS: Joining Raquel´s Sunday runs you will enjoy every single Sunday run, have the guidance, support and coaching of an experienced and highly qualified. The sessions will help you to achieve running distances from 5km to Half Marathon for 21.1km or longer runs as well. You will achieve long distances every Sunday coming to the sessions. Some of the long runs will be great for a marathon preparation as well. (Some running events: Canberra Marathon, Adelaide Marathon, Great Ocean Road Marathon, etc.)

5km – 10km – 21.1Km (Half Marathon) – 42.2km (Marathon) event preparation

These Sunday runs are great sessions if you would like to increase your running distances or speed supported by a coach, improve your running technique, avoid injuries, learn more about running, run with others, feel motivated and meet new people, great and enjoyable sessions if you enjoy outdoor training which is very healthy and a great way to get fitter while having fun running around new locations and running routes in Sydney.

After that: Easter (April 9) + Canberra Marathon 42.2km, Canberra Half Marathon 21.1km or Canberra 10km run (April 16)

LOCATION: Centennial Park or 5km ratio from the Park.

DISTANCES – 2 or 3 distance options each Sunday:

PACE: You will run at your own pace. Preferible take easy your long runs and keep your heart rate low. Use your aerobic system (instead of your anaerobic system), build endurance and last for longer by pacing yourself.

Option 1 – Long run (16/20km to 28/30km)

Option 1 TIME: 6:45am or 10/15min earlier or 10/15min later. It depends on the run.

Option 2 – Short run (From 2/3km to 10km, increasing distances weekly or maintaining distance)

Option 2 TIME: 7:45am or 10/15min earlier or 10/15min later. It depends on the run.

FEES:

2 PEOPLE DISCOUNT – FULL PROGRAM (12 weeks):

$70 discount for 2 people – One of you must be a new client, coming to the runs for the first time – $240 each
