RETURN POLICY

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.

We have a returns policy in place if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

REFUNDS

1. Returns and refunds due to change of mind

Items must be returned in unused and original purchased condition with tags attached, in original and undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date.

International orders cannot be returned.

You are solely liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred for any returns.  It is your responsibility and own expense to return the items to us in a safe and secure way to avoid loss or damage in transit.

We recommend that you send the items with a tracking number by registered post or courier. We do not take responsibility if the items do not arrive.

Full price item refund: Refunds can be issued as a credit voucher or you can receive a full price refund, on the price paid when purchasing the item, to your original payment method.

Sale items refund: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items. All items marked with discounts or sale cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Vouchers or gift cards: Cannot be returned/refunded.

We will process your refund as soon as we have received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns policy. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return once it’s been received by us.

If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase.  We endeavour to provide these funds within 7-10 business days (depending on your bank) however this can vary depending on the bank and volume of refunds processed.

2. Returns and refunds due to faulty, damaged or incorrect items:

If there is a problem with your item, including faulty items, damaged items or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will take care of this. Please contact us before you return your purchase and we will discuss some easy options with you.

You must include the Returns Form when returning any items. 

EXCHANGES

If you are in Sydney, in order to reduce your shipping costs, we offer the option of exchanging your items at one of the Raquel Holgado´s training sessions. Contact us to organize this.

If your shipping address for the items is not within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, please apply for a refund. (See refunds above)
